Best cocktails for the HOLIDAYS

Sweet Ginger

 Gin
 Simple syrup
Lemon juice
Ginger beer

To make simple syrup, mix equal parts hot water and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Combine all ingredients except ginger beer in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer.

Triple Love

Absolute Vodka
Chopped strawberries
Mint leaves
Lemon wedges
Water
Brown sugar
Garnish: mint sprig and strawberry

Muddle brown sugar and water in cocktail shaker until sugar dissolves. Add chopped strawberries, lemon wedges and mint leaves, and muddle well,add vodak and add ice. Shake vigorously and strain cocktail over crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and strawberry

Red Hot December

 Red wine
 Lemon-Lime soda
Ice cubes
Garnish: Lime wheel

Combine ingredients in a glass filled with ice. Stir and garnish with a lime wheel.

Gin
Lemon puree
Simple syrup
Sweet wine

In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients other than wine. Shake and strain into a highball filled with ice. Float the wine on top so the drink is layered.

Cranberry Flower

Gin
 Lemon juice
Teaspoons cranberry simple syrup
Cranberries 

Muddle cranberries, add  lemon juice, and gin. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with three cranberries.

Light rum

Water melon cubes
Lime juice
Mint sprig

Combine all ingredients in a glass filled with ice and stir.

Lime juice
